What is the Rinadon.com Rewards Program?
This program works very much like your frequent flyer program, making your shopping experience at Rinadon.com more pleasant and rewarding than ever. Every time you make a purchase on our website, you will earn points upon shipment of your order. For every purchase, you will earn points as follows:

up to $300.00	1 point for every $2.00 spent
from $300.01 to $500.00	1 point for every $1.00 spent
from $500.01 to $1000.00	2 points for every $1.00 spent
from $1000.01 to $3000.00	3 points for every $1.00 spent
from $3000.01 to $5000.00	4 points for every $1.00 spent
above $5,000	5 points for every $1.00 spent

For example, if your order total is $700.00 USD (excluding shipping/handling), you will earn 2 points for each dollar of this order in points. 2 points times $700.00 USD is 1400, so by the time your order is shipped out of our warehouse, you will see that your Rewards point total has increased by 1400 points. You may use these 1400 points on your next order, or wait and accumulate hundreds of points, and use all of your points at once for a large purchase - it's all up to you!

Note that you do not earn points for Outlet items, shipping and handling, and taxes. Points work like money: one (1) point equals $0.01 USD as of November 2008. However, points do not have cash value and can only be redeemed at the time of purchase. Therefore, for example, you cannot ask for $10 worth of points reimbursed to your credit card.

How do you redeem your points?
When you visit your Account on Rinadon.com, you will be able to view the total points you have earned thus far. As you are preparing to checkout, there will be a box for the Rewards Program on the payment screen, where you can enter in the amount of points you would like to use on this particular order. For example, if you have 850 points and want to use 400 of those points for your order, you simply enter in 400 in the box. You will see that your order total will change as the appropriate point value is deducted from the total. Points cover the entire order total, excluding shipping. As usual, shipping will be with UPS/USPS at a minimum of $9.00 USD.

Discounts, Coupons, & Sales
While discounts, coupons, and sales do not apply to Rinadon.com Outlet items, you may use points to purchase Outlet items. In fact, you may choose to purchase items from all three of our website sections (Fashion, Hip Hop, or Outlet) with your points. However, please remember that Outlet items do not collect points, only Fashion and Hip Hop items can earn points. Outlet items are already marked down as low as possible, oftentimes below our cost, and are the best deals you can find.

For any of our promotional sales, Anniversary sale, or other discounts, you may apply both the discount coupon and your reward points to make an order. For instance, you may enter in the coupon code to receive 5% off your order, plus use your 200 points. However, you cannot earn points if you choose to use the discount coupon. This rule also applies to discounts for high-volume orders ($3000 and up) and special orders.

What about store credit?
If you receive store credit from Rinadon.com, please note that this amount will be converted into points and deposited into your account, allowing you to utilize them on your next order. A company representative will email you, informing you how many store credit points have been added to your account.
