Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from our warehouse located at 5730 Oakbrook Parkway, Suite 135, Norcross, Georgia 30093. Orders received Monday through Friday before 1:00pm EST will be shipped out the same day at
no extra charge. Orders received Monday through Friday after 1:00pm EST or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping weight of orders. Although we aim to be very accurate when you check out, due to the fluctuations in the way UPS calculates the actual shipping charges, the final shipping charges may be different from the quoted amounts. Keep in mind that UPS shipping charge is higher for residential addresses.
- At checkout, please double-check the shipping address. It must be completely accurate; otherwise, UPS will charge additional $11 for any address corrections when making a delivery. This $11 will be subtracted from your reward points balance.
The minimum UPS Ground Shipping charge is $9.00.
The minimum UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping charge is $18.00.

Payment
You may use Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Discover Card. We also accept PayPal. This is the preferred payment method. Please be certain that your billing name and address match the credit card you are using. Incorrect billing address will delay the shipment of your order until it is verified by the bank card issuer.
We do not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order. When we do charge, you will receive email from us letting you know the exact amount.
We do not accept COD or Net Term. Any orders asking for COD or Net Term will be canceled immediately without notification.

Cancellations
If an order is cancelled when the order status is "Processing" or "Shipped", a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If an order has already been shipped, but has been rejected or returned, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Returns
All sales are final and there are no refunds. All Outlet sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges, partial store credit, or replacements - there are no exceptions for Outlet items. However, you may receive store credit via points strictly for Rinadon.com Fashion or Hip Hop items if merchandise is damaged during shipment or for incorrect shipments, given that you notify us within seven (7) business days from the shipping date. click here. Please email sales@rinadon.com to obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Please note that the return shipping charge is the customer's responsibility.
Your only solution to any conflict is to return the item in question. Rinadon.com is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
Minimum Purchase
The minimum purchase amount is $50. In addition, we are required to have a copy of your reseller's license on-file. If you have not already done so, please fax us your reseller's license to (678)689-6893.
